Vođenje procesa injekcijskog prešanja plastomera prema trendu

A computer check program, RTREND, controlling the trend of the thermoplastics injection moulding process, has been developed to optimize the process and improve moulding quality. The program involves three parts, the learning, check and control periods, - and it operates on cycle. The observation of the process trend has helped to distinguish the impact of ascertainable and unknown causes thus permitting interventions in the process where really required. The criteria for process trend observation have been verified by calculating the existence of the linear trend at the time of intervention in the process.
