Until today it has not been enough researched the application possibilities of the simple, practical and cheap sound monitoring (with the frequencies spectrogram analyse) in the machining process control. The paper is devoted to the constraints definitions of the telephony application by which can be significant made easier and cheaper the data collection during the preliminary research. Introduction shortly describes the system of the long distance sound monitoring with: mobile phone (sensor), mobile/fix telephony net (transmission) and long distance computer (memorising and analyses). The second part of the paper presents the testing results and conclusions.
