Irregular immigrants: employment and social security protection in Croatia

Presentation provided theoretical background to the problem of irregular immigrants and their undeclared work as well as rights concerning protection of human dignity in emergency situations, usual provided within a country’s the social security system. Outlined was international and national (Croatian) legal framework regarding employment law and social security rights for legal and illegal (irregular) immigrants. Presented were also statistical data, main problems and conclusions.
