Human resources and human resources management have a key role in the success of every business. Human Resource Management is a process of managing people in order to effectively and efficiently perform their tasks. Human resources management is so specific and must be a challenge for every manager because every man is unique, one standard cannot be made to represent the scale and serve as an example to all others. Human Resource Management includes all the functions regarding an employee, from recruitment, selection, career development, evaluation, education till the termination of employment. In final paper, there will be explained the functions of human resource management and then analysed its functioning in Maistra JSC The main purpose of this paper is to identify the problems in functioning of human resource management in Maistra JSC and to present the options for solving the problems. Company that have realized that human resources are the most important factor in the success of the company, are already more successful then companies in which there is a poor management that have not realized yet the importance of human factor. As long as Maistra continues working on improvement of working conditions, it can only continue to grow.
