Human Resource Mamagement in Mack Ltd
The objective of this paper was to theoretically explain human resource management functions and examine their influence on the example of a small size company Mack Ltd. The paper has included the wider area of Human resources management with the focus put on functions within it: Job Analysis, Human Resource Management Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Job Introduction, Training of the Employees and Motivation. The research has been conducted by interviewing the director and board member who gave an insight into the processes and gave examples for theoretical background of the paper. At the end of a research certain prepositions regarding the improvement and further analysis of the area of focus have been given. The continuity of coaching and mentoring, development of relations between employee and an employer, strategic approach to problem solving and aspiration to get the company working as a whole are just some of them. By conducting the research, a basis for future analysis and examining the subject has been given.
