Management of The Process of Product and Service Inovation in Conditions of Globalization
in conditions of intensifiying and growing resulting from the globalisation of the world economy that posed a series of dilemmas to the companies - and of which one is whether to innovate and develop a product that would appeal to the global market or to do the same thing but for narrow market segments - an incomplete imperative quotes as: "constant inovation of quality products from both the global and the local standpoint". The complete imperative is:"process co-ordination of the marketing activities with other functions in the company (especially with the Research and Development Department)with the purpose to enable the systemetic, continuously faster (from competition and in general) inovation of quality products". Such accelerated inovation processes must be very carefully managed, which can be done,and this is what we want to demonstrate in this article.
