And the differences between top and bottom are getting bigger and have been for a generation.“Henk ten Have in his lecture is also aware of the turn that bioethics needs to make in its agenda. He advocated the following “we need a broad approach to ethical issues related to healthcare and health technologies – an approach that goes beyond the individual perspective, and takes into consideration the social and environmental context. “ Ten Have goes on saying that inequality is recognized as a major social, political and economic problem and gives an ample examples from health and social fields.
