Sažetak
We report an experimental study of the CW Auger transition of vanadium. A comparison between the experimental spectrum and the self-convolution of the calculated density of states (DOS) failed to show any significant shift between the spectra as reported for Ti and Sc. We have also found good agreement between our experimental and Contini"s et al./1/ calculated CVV spectrum of vanadium which may suggest that the screening of the core hole is not as important for the vanadium CW Auger spectrum as might be expected.
