In this Chapter of the book the authors wrote about the European Competence Framework of Supervision and Coaching where they also presented two concepts: Professional Identity and Professional Conduct. When explaining Professional Identity, the authors wrote about Professional Attitude, Ethics, Quality Development and Perspective on Person, Work and Organisation. In the part od the book about Professional Conduct, the authors wrote about: Building a Professional Relationship, Facilitating Outcomes, Performing Advanced Communication, Handling Diversity and Mastering Settings, Techniques and Methods.
