Old habits and dynamic business environment in transition countries

Challenges that transition countries are faced with are numerous and new dynamic environment developing at global level requires their transformation. Transformation of transition countries is necessary so that they can develop certain competences and ensure better future for their citizens in new dynamic environment. But, first of all, it means to change old habits but also managing and governing models which represents the biggest challenge to cope with for the authorities of transition countries. It will take some period of time to achieve formal legal compatibility with developed countries, but according to the current situation in transition countries, it is much more difficult to implement the accepted legal standards into real life. Recognizing barriers and finding transformation model is the formula for success in global dynamic business of the modern world transition countries.
