NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION BY THE EXAMPLEOF ADVERTISING COMPANY“BRUKETA&ŽINIĆ OM”
The subject of this thesis is non-verbal communication in the business sphere. The object is to understand the importance of non-verbal communication. The topic of this thesis is explained in a better way by using “Bruketa&Žinić OM“, one of the advertising agencies in Croatia, as an example. The thesis investigates non-verbal communication in business in different countries ; how people use non-verbal communication and how non-verbal communication influences business activities.Globalization has added an international dimension to business worldwide and it has encouraged companies to open their branches and develop in foreign countries. The analysis of non-verbal communication in the advertising agency“Bruketa&Žinić OM”provides the answer to how non-verbal behaviour influences an advertising agency. It also provides a better understanding of how a creative team works and how useful it is in other spheres close to advertising.
