Sažetak
The paper presents the idea and ongoing work towards a solution for a domain wide QoE-driven resource allocation of multimedia services based on utility functions and negotiated per-session "media degradation path". MDPs. A simulation tool to evaluate the proposed model is introduced, considering the notion of 3GPP EPS bearer level QoS.
