THE SUCCESS FACTORS OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY OF CROATIAN COMPANY
In the last two decades, there has been an increase of interest for business process management (BPM) and corporate performance (CPM). CPM ensures the implementation of a company’s strategy goals into business processes and the modification of strategy according to the analysis of processes execution results. The purpose of this paper is to discuss a theoretical background of these two research areas. A case study approach is used to analyze BPM success factors, and to examine the state of CPM and BPM alignment in a Croatian company.
