Competitiveness of Croatian Products and Services - The Attitudes of Management Towards Exports in Croatian Companies

Both the Croatian companies and Croatian government have realized that in today's world economic isolation is no longer possible. Willing or not, we all are becoming participants in international business. The problem is whether we participate actively or whether we passively wait to react to change. For many Croatian companies exporting is the first significant stage in internationalization, as it provides the advantage of considerably expanded market potential. The research was carried out in order to analyze the export activities of the Croatian companies, and to highlight their competitive capabilities, as perceived by their managers.
