Consumer Behavioural Research in Furniture Industry Branding - case study of Polish Enterprise
Papers presents an idea and the research results within methods and devices of the consumer behavioural research applied in one of the most significant Polish furniture enterprise which has an international brand. The research analysis results have been obtained in the first European laboratory named “The Apartment of the Future” that involves scientists, designers and furniture manufacturers. "Apartment of the Future" was conceived as a special room for scientific research analysis of the products applications and customer attitudes towards innovative technologies, solutions, technical preferences of a design and an ergonomics for the furniture industry products.
