THE MODEL OF SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP
Drawing on evidence obtained through research of 100 Croatian Leaders to determine basic leadership skills the aim of this paper is the identification and presentation of natural leader role and undertaken course in the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR system as part of an integrated business system of the organization and subsequently global sustainability. In a comprehensive approach to the research, the process of CSR integration starts from the family “in house” initiative, continues with development of a systematic CSR culture in which leadership plays an integral part. Since leadership has been broadly described as a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task, the key role of successful integration and management of CSR system, almost exclusively, lies on the leader's shoulder as the creator of the overall organizational culture and business philosophy.
