Sažetak
Although lungs are a common site for metastatic spread, endobronchial metastases are pretty rare. The commonest cause of endobronchial metastases is lung cancer, while they are found in only 2% of patients with extrathoracic malignancies. The most frequent extrathoracic tumors with endobronchial spread are colorectal, breast and renal carcinoma. This type of metastases occur usually late in the course of the disease. Common symptoms are cough, shortness of breath and haemoptysis. We present a patient with endobronchial metastasis of melanoma that was resected fifteen years ago.
