Sažetak
Endobronchial metastases are rare, especially presenting as a first symptom of the malignant disease. Location in the left bronchial tree is also infrequent, although for unknown reasons. The most common origins of an endobronchial metastasis are colorectal, breast and renal carcinoma. Differential diagnosis for an endobronchial metastasis is a lung cancer, the most frequent endobronchial tumor. The sensation of a foreign body in trachea during cough described by the patient is a novel symptom, not described so far in the literature.
