Sažetak
Uspoređivane su dva terapijska modaliteta u liječenju 62 bazocelularna karcinoma - prvi: fotodinamska terapija (630 nm LED, 30 mW/cm2, ukupna doza 150 J/cm2 ; te drugi: 585 nm-PDL-PDT( polje 7mm, 10 J/cm2, trajanje pulsa 10 ms sa 10% preklapanjem polja u tri prolaženja i hlađenjem). Rezultat je pokazao učinkovitost terapije laserom sa prolaženjem tri puta, no recidivi su češći nego u konvencionalnoj fotodinamskoj terapiji. Laserska terapija se pokazala manje bolnom, ima sličan rezultat kao i PDT, te kraće vrijeme provođenja. Nisu nađene statistički značajne razlike u učinku ovih promatranih terapijskih modaliteta.
