Primastep Methodology for Project Management in Public Administration

There is no relevant Project Management System in Croatian Public administration projects. Implementing Project Management in Public administration is a very complex task with many negative factors which will slow down or even block the change. In our experience there is a need for simple & effective methodology which will provide fast results, and give guidelines for further improvement. This methodology covers whole life-cycle of the project and it is based on Primavera software which is the best tool available on the market in this region. By implementing PrimaStep Methodology and using Earned Value Method supported by Primavera software Responsible managers have total control of budget realization trough project activities in real time which results with much quicker and more accurate decisions.
