Effects of cluster thinning and pruning methods on total phenols, total anthocyanins and antioxidant activity of vine grape
Grape berries, variety Blaufränkish and Zweigelt, produced in two vineyards located in eastern part of Croatia (Slavonia) during 2010- 2012 year were analysed for soluble solid content (SSC), pH, total phenols (TP), total anthocyanins (TA), and antioxidant activity (AOA). The main objective of this study was to investigate the influence of pruning techniques on SSC, pH, TP, TA and AOA. According to analysis of none of the three different ampelotechnical treatments were not resulted in significant difference in pH, soluble solid content, total phenols, total anthocyanins, and antioxidant activity on grape varieties Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt measured at the day of harvest.
