Metaheuristics for Bicriteria Optimization in Agri-Food Supply Chain Management
The problem of agri-food supply chain management is modeled as a bicriteria mixed- integer programming problem taking into the consideration three phases of the supply chain: harvesting, supply and production. The problem is to schedule simultaneously all these elements maximizing the producers’ profits and suppliers’ utilities. Two types of metaheuristics are considered, scatter search based method (SS) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II). The metaheuristics will be compared using Pareto compliant quality indicators. In order to provide valid conclusions, the results will be statistically analyzed
