BRAF L597S gene mutation in metastatic melanoma as a target for a new therapy: case report

BRAF V600 mutation is correlated with better response to B-Raf inhibitors in patients with metastatic melanoma. Here we find a new mutation L597S which is a target for MEK inhibitors
