In this paper we explain the concept of E- Government 3.0. Paper explains differences from other E-Government concepts, its principles and implementation in leading nations. Definition of E-Government, its structure, potential benefits for e-society are presented as well as current implementation in leading countries. The advanced concept of E-Government 3.0 is summarized as well as current implementations based on cases of different countries acknowledging benefits from efficient, seamless and transparent communication within e-society.
