Sažetak
Researches on electro-conductive textiles and related up graded composites prepared from conductive polymers such as Polypyrrole (PPy), Polythiophene (PT), Polyaniline (PANI) and Poly(3, 4- ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) have been amplified in the recent years due to its compromise between electrical conductivity, stability, processability and high potential applications in different fields. In this study, a new process for manufacturing sensor yarns made from E- glass/polypropylene commingled yarn has been developed on aluminum roll to roll coating mechanism and plexiglass bath. Parameters such as a coating thickness and uniform distribution of coating layers have to be taken as important factors for the production of sensors.
