Enable Disabled Through the Self Employment

Persons with disabilities and other minority groups are neglected in many ways, one of the main problem in Balkan countries and generally, even in US (Wehman, 2011) is unpreparedness of educational system and business society to accept them as equal. So in this paper the position of persons with disabilities will be observed through the attitudes of their colleagues and general public perceptions of persons with disabilities potential self- employment. Survey was undertaken in 2012, on the polygon of Croatia, Serbia, Albania and Macedonia.
