Heritage, the same as culture, is a process and is expressed in multitudinous forms. We can perceive heritage by focusing on the tension between the temporary and the permanent, between the planned and the experiential. The awareness of heritage is achieved by periodically examining the relationship between attempts to create order through the long-term plans and the everyday chaos that is the product of the process how something is communicated.
