Focal point of the chapter is identity of the leader in the process of organizational change. In the attempt to understand how the leader thinks and acts we will use the sense-making and sense-giving platform. In a nut shell, we argue that organizational dynamics drives from recurring processes of sense-making of ever changing circumstances and that the leadership is a way of providing sense.
