Sažetak
Combinations of row spacings (25 cm, 50 cm and 70 cm) for weed control in soybean were evaluated in Vukovar-Srijem County during 2014 growing season. Weed community consist of 30 species typical for that region and Asteraceae (10 spp.) and Poaceae (3 spp.) were the most numerous families from dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous respectively. Annual species dominated (63%) on study area. Variations in diversity indices indicated minor, but not significant changes in species composition and population density between different row spacing over time. Seasonal dynamic of aboveground weed biomass did not differ between row spacing over vegetation season. However, in all three row spacings (25, 50 and 70 cm) weed growth exponentially increased with the length of weeks after crop emergence. The variation of weed species composition were explained the first axis (65% of the variation) and correspond to the differences between floristic composition in wide and narrow rows of soybean. The second axis (35% of the variation) was associated with variant where soybean was sowing in 50 cm rows where highest species richness and evenness was observed.
