Tourism revitalization in the Plitvice lakes National park in the transition period

The article present the basic premise and key elements of the project currently being undertaken on the Tourism revitalization in the Plitvice Lakes National Park in the Transition Period. Aspiring at improving the environmental protection measures currently implemented in the Park and the quality of its environment, consequently also aspiring towards providing a higher quality and more meaningful tourism experience in the Park, the project marks an attempt at defining: (1) the vision and mission of the Park (2) the Park's organizational structure (3) a competitive marketing strategy.
