Analysis of Energy Efficient and Environmentally Sustainable Public Transport Vehicles in the City of Šibenik

The purpose of the paper is to present an in- depth analysis of the current supply and demand in public transport of the City of Šibenik, for the purpose of introducing environmentally friendly public transport vehicles in the City of Šibenik, based on the comparison of each bus type by the cost-benefit analysis (CBA). In this way, the existing condition of public transport vehicles will be adapted to the desired resident needs in the city, which would then increase the attractiveness of Šibenik as a tourist destination as well as create conditions for the improved sustainable mobility in the City of Šibenik.
