The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a popular concept for performance measurement. The Linear programming (LP) is a mathematical technique for optimization of linear objective functions. The question is: "How to use LP for Enterprise Performances optimization (EPO)?" Answer on this question is contained in this paper. The first step is a formalization of the enterprise performances relationship structure. The structure of performaces relationship is designed accordingly to BSC concept.
