Paper deals with the flexible use of airspace concept and the necessity of military flight operations planning concerted with civil traffic predictions. Military flights impact on civil operations is researched at the airport and in reserved airspace, modular and target- centric one. Set of factors that influence decision making during military flights planning process is presented in order to indicate the scope of further research.
