Laboratory Model of the Industrial Drive with Induction Motor
Laboratory model of the speed control system aimed for the development of the drives with vector controlled a.c. machines is described. Regulation structure and the pulse-width modulation algorithm are implemented by means of microcomputer based on the microcontroller MC68332. System adjustment to the motor type is done through change of the control programme. Furthermore, paper brings the description of some interfacing modules between the control unit and the power converter. At the present state of development, the regulation loops are still not closed (U/f control is applied). Some characteristics of the achieved system are presented and illustrated by experimental results obtained from direct measurements on the realized system.
