Impact of quality improvement instruments on organizational learning in administrative organizations - thesis overview

In the thesis overview, the author has shortly explained the aim of the study, indicated the research question and hypotheses, and presented theoretical framework and research methodology. On the basis of the results and implications of the study, the author has given the proposals for further research in the field. The paper was presented at the conference within the Mzia Mikeladze PhD Thesis Award Ceremony.
