Hrvatska pošta d.d. is facing great challenges as an independent economic factor on a more and more liberal market. It is of an utmost importance to include all potentials in the system development behaving respectfully at the market upon which objectives and strategies should be established in the function of the organizational structure redesigning as a starting point for many problem solving.
