Sažetak
Machining of the complex form surfaces was in the serial production, because of inapplicability of other machining technologies and because of necessity for achieving certain form accuracy and surface roughness, done by grinding in the past. This fact was valid until appearance of HSC that can substitute the grinding operation. Machining of the complex shapes with grinding is possible, until the grinder is dressing. The most frequently way of tool dressing is by using of diamond roll. Influence of tool dressing parameters on machined surface roughness, especially optimisation of the grinding speed in accordance with machined surface roughness, will be presented in this paper. Nevertheless, the optimisation of the grinding process in accordance with surface roughness and material removal rate will be also shown. Finally, the optimal regime of grinding will be determinate.
