Measurement of electrical impedance in vivo before and after tissue electroporation
Multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance measurements were performed in the range of 100 Hz to 100 kHz before and after electroporation of LPB tumor model that was subcutaneously implanted to thoracic area of C57B1/6 mice. Electroporation and impedance measurements were carried out using the same parallel plate surface electrodes. As a result, we found impedance changes due to electroporation in both modulus and phase angle. These changes depend on pulse parameters used for electroporation.
