Coronary heart disease risk factors in patients with diabetes mellitus

Improvement and rationalization of diagnostic procedures and treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD), one of the world's most frequent causes of morbidity and mortality, are important problems of medical practice. The usual procedure in CHD diagnosis consists of several diagnostic levels and the amount of available information for a patient at the end is large. There were a lot of plausible biological links between many of risk factors and CHD and it was also detected that coexistence of risk factors increases the disease rate. But there were no enough informations between correlations among the risk factors and their combinations in respect to coronary heart disease.
