Housing in Croatia and Social Justice

Within the framework of social justice in the field of housing and housing construction, three programmes of housing construction/purchase are implemented with the purpose of meeting the housing needs of specific population groups which are not necessarily socialy endangered, however are exposed to the risk of social exclusion.
