Sažetak
The invention discloses an energy-efficient system for wireless measurement comprising one or more measuring units (10). Each measuring unit (10) comprises measuring probe (11), an asynchronous sigma delta modulator (12), a delay circuit (13), ultra wide band pulse generator (14) transmission line (15) being preferably, antenna and a power supply (6). Said asynchronous sigma delta modulator (12) converts an analog signal received by the corresponding measuring probe (11) into digital pulsed signal. The signal formed by asynchronous sigma delta modulator (12) is delayed in a delay circuit (13) for the fraction of time that is unique for the said measuring unit (10) identifying uniquely the analog input received by the measuring probe (11). Signal formed by asynchronous sigma delta modulator (12) and the signal from the delay circuit (13) trigger corresponding ultra wide band pulse generator (14) by their pulse edges, resulting with two ultra wide band pulses per one asynchronous sigma delta modulator (12) signal edge. The invention is very useful for long term acquisition of analog signals, especially time varying signals.
