PRIMJENA LOPTE CORPUS U TRENINGU ZA RAZVOJ KONCENTRACIJE, KOORDINACIJE I REAKCIJE NOGOMETAŠA

An important factor in the system of physical conditioning represent training aids. The task of these tools is most effectively improve athletes’ abilities . One of the novelties in soccer training is Corpus ball. Corpus is a non-circular training device that provides a groundbreaking method of soccer training to increase reaction, coordination and concentration. This practice routine is by far more difficult because Corpus continuously generates new and suprising situations in training. Corpus can be used in limitless possible training exercises whichare usually performed with the standard round ball. The hardly predictable role and bounce of the Corpus forces player to execute alternative motions to those he would have predicted in advance, placing high demands on the athlete’s coordination, concentration and reaction. Corpus adds variety and enjoyment to everyday training routines. This paper describes the application of Corpus ball for development of reaction, coordination and concentration.
