Report on the Free Movement of Workers in Croatia in 2012-2013

This scientific report outlines the Croatian legislation at the time of Croatian accession to the EU and analysis and evaluate its compatibility with the relevant EU acquis. Specific attention is given to the following issues: worker's right of entry, residence, departure and legal remedies ; members of the family ; access to employment ; equality of treatment on the basis of nationality ; certain specific issues regarding sportsmen/women, maritime sector, researchers, artists and study grants ; application of transitional measures ; other miscellaneous issues such as integration measures and immigration policies.
