Air Carrier's Liability for Damages According to the New Montreal Convention

The liability of air carriers in international air traffic is still regulated by the Warsaw Convention from 1929 and its amendments. In 1999 the Montreal Convention was accepted, which completely substitutes the rules contained in the Warsaw Convention including all its later amendments, and the most important modifications have been made regarding the air carrier's liabilities in case of passenger injury or deth on international flights.
