Radionuklidna ventrikulografija i scintigrafija miokarda u dijagnostici koronarne bolesti
Radionuclide methods for detecting coronary artery disease are of considerable importance, because they are non-invasive and provide information that can be obtained by no other modality. Ventricular performance was assessed by radionuclide ventriculography at rest and during exercise after iv. application of 740 MBq Tc-99m PYP in vivo labeled red blood cells. The global and regional ejection fractions, parameters of timeactivity curves, stroke volume and ejection fraction images were obtained. Phase and amplitude images according to Fourier analysis were obtained as well. Rest-exercise myocardial scintigraphy after iv. application of 740 MBq TI-201 was used for regional myocardial perfusion assessment. Our patients revealed close concordance between regional wall motion abnormalities and perfusion defects.
