The scientific approach refers to the use of scientific knowledge and well-known facts and methodologies studying the way of understanding the concept of intelligence and the process of developing more intelligent devices. The commercial approach to artificial intelligence assumes the application of the system integrated with the environment using sensor technologies and trying to imitate human brain in order to improve the transport process and realize profit. Do more with existing equipment is the primary syntagm of the ITS and describe quick and efficient way of improving the transport process. The application of ITS consists of two segments: production one and the commercial one. Service users while meeting and knowing transport market, have different needs and requirements thus initiating coming development.
