After delivery, abdominal sonography was done and found the inhomogen formation above the upper pole of the right kidney. On the magnetic resonance imaging (MR), this formation described as an expansive lesion in the lodge of the right adrenal gland, measuring 3.8 x 2.8 x 3.5 cm, which corresponds to bleeding from the adrenal gland.
