Sažetak
Here we represent simple, fast and reproducible protocol for white wine fingerprinting based on direct matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI) linear time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry and statistical interpretation of the obtained data using principal component and cluster analysis.
