Mathematical Modeling of the System for Defining Hand-machine Sewing Sub-operation times
A new method of defining hand-machine sewing sub-operation times, as dependent upon the sewing machine type used and its working characteristics, type of stitch, seam characteristics (specific stitch density, length and segment curvature radius and type of seam), as well as upon some random sub-operations performed in sewing. The measuring data acquired are computer-processed, a 3D graph constructed and a mathematical model of interaction of the parameters defined. Appropriate software is constructed for the mathematical models defined, which makes possible fast definition of normal machine-hand times, as dependent upon all the influential parameters. The method can be applied in constructing garment manufacturing processes, workplace designing and garment manufacturing preparation processes.
