Can textiles be a safe packaging material for sterilization?

More or less we all use textile for packing the sterilization material, whether as a protective layer or a microbe barrier. In most cases, it is cotton of undeclared quality. The properties of the microbe barrier of this cotton are questionable, which is why it was extremely challenging to test new and modern textiles as well as the properties of their microbe barrier. The goal of the research was to determine the properties of the microbe barrier, develop and suggest a method for testing in dry conditions, intended for multiple use textiles used in packaging for sterilization.
